The Blender Guru tutorial "Blender beginner tutorial series" is undoubtedly the starting point for many 3D artists. Beginning in late September 2019, this serie of 24 tutorials dedicated to creating a 3D donut, a cup of coffee and, if the student has been conscientious, a spoon and plate, has grown in interest as the world has become more confined during the covid-19 pandemic. Andrew Price aka Blender Guru gathered millions of 3D enthusiasts, including me, around this serie which undoubtedly not only allowed many people to learn a software that was deemed complicated, but also gave a sense of community in a time when isolation was the norm.
